Description: Revamp of Families of SMA Charitable Trust website
Deadline Date of Submission of Bids: 3rd April 2020 at 4.30pm
Posting Date: 16th March 2020
Families of Spinal Muscular Atrophy Charitable Trust (FSMA) provides assistance to SMA victims and their families. Through providing a myriad of innovative ways and programmes to help address the problems caused by this debilitating disorder, the trust relieves hardship and patients suffering from this disease. The organization also supports and works with top notch international medical researchers, pharmaceutical companies and government departments in continuing to support treatment strategies and availing patients to early treatment opportunities.
FSMA would like to revamp its current website (https://www.fsma.org.hk/). Though the content and pictures of the existing website is up to date, the website structure and interface have not been changed and the mobile version is not up to date.
FSMA would like the new website to be dynamic, interactive and informative. The goal of the website is to raise awareness and education of SMA diseases, create a platform for easy understanding of their work, volunteer recruitment and increase online and other donations to FSMA to support their services.
Requirements are as below:
The website should be in English and Chinese (both traditional and simplified)
The content of the webpage (both English and Chinese) will be provided by FSMA
There may be a need to create infographics if seen appropriate
The look and feel of the webpage should follow the branding of FSMA
There should be interactive elements on the website
A mobile version should be available
There should be a content upload management system, so that FSMA can update the latest news by themselves
Pages of the website should include (but not limited to) a home page, about us page, case study, service profile, donation page and an archive area for historical data
There may be the need to work with other services and softwares (e.g. payment systems, creation of google forms)
The vendor should provide a project manager role to coordinate information from both sides and actively voice out issues
Interested venders should send their proposals by 4.30pm on 3rd April 2020 to email@example.com. The proposal should include a breakdown of the project hours and fee, the expected timeline of the project and examples of past projects for reference.
Open tendering is adopted. All interested contractors/suppliers/service providers are invited to tender.
FSMA does not bind itself to accept the lowest tender or any tender and reserves the right to negotiate with any tenderer about the terms of the offer.
