B. Event Day - Feb. 12 ( Friday ):
REMINDER :
Bring your HKID (or Passport for some players) for registration.
Without which, KSC will NOT allow you to play.
For self-Drives =
the ferry departs Saikung Pier every
on-the-hour, 20 mins. and 40 mins past-the-hour.
Event Day's Schedule n Notice:
6:00 am = at Conrad Hotel, Hong Kong ( Lobby )
6:15 am = Bus departs.
( If you are late, please make your own way to Saikung KSC Pier )
7:00 am = Bus arrives at Saikung Pier
7:20 am = Ferry departs pier for Kau Sai Chau Public Golf Course.
7:50 am = Arrives at KSC golf club.
= REGISTRATION ( must present HKID or Passport )
= Collect your own :
1. Vouchers ( = Green Fee, Driving Range Balls + Ferry )
2. Locker-key
3. Picnic Pack ( sandwitch, water, Gartorade, banana )
4. Golf Balls ( 3 sleeves )
8:10 am = Driving Range Practise.
= Breakfast at Club House ( self ) for late Tee-offs.
( Coffee House Upstairs ).
8:33 am = Tee-off starts from Hole 1 and Hole 10 of South Course.
( NOT a Shot-gun Start )
2:15 pm = Game ends.
2:30 pm = Lunch at Club ( at upstairs Function Room ).
3:00 pm = Prize-giving.
3:30 pm = Lucky Draws.
4:30 pm = Shuttle-Bus to pier.
5:30 pm = Bus from Saikung to Conrad Hotel, Hong Kong.
B. Hole-In-One ( Hole: 2 )

C. Charity-Hole ( Hole: 2 )
- Wager in multiples of $100, $200 or $300 (max)
- No change available ( is a drop-in box collection system ).
- Wins pay 3 times.
- Ball resting inside the25 feet (diameter) drawn-circle (on the Green) wins.
- Winners will be announced and paid during the Prize-giving Lunch.
- Proceeds will be donated to S.M.A.Charity in Hong Kong .
- Remember to bring some CASH onto the golf course.

E. Notes.
1. 6 Blind-Holes Handicap Format used.
2. KSC's Marshalls is famous for hurrying your play, as such, NOmulligans.
3. Please DO NOT go searching for your lost balls ( due to snakes in the grass hazards !).
4. MAXIMUM score is 3 over Par.
5. Hole-out on a putter-length distance and add one ( 1 ) extra stroke to your score.
6. Please write the EXACT scores clearly
7. Record your scores at the next Tee area ( for safety reasons ).
8. The Organiizing Committee's decision is final for any disputes.

Notice:
SAFETY :
- Prior to playing a shot or practicing a swing, make sure you will not accidentally injure anyone with your club or ball.
- NEVER walk or stand near someone about to play or practicing a swing.
- Always stand behind the line of someone in play esp. on the fairways.
BE CONSIDERATE :
- DO NOT talk or move about when someone is about to play his/her shot.
- Be considerate of noise disturbances to players in neighboring flights especially near green or tee-off areas.
- Always be ready to play when it is your turn. Play without delay.
LOST BALL :
- If you think your ball is lost and is not sure of the boundary rules, play a Provisional Ball from where you last played and add a penalty of
one (1) extra stroke.
eg. with an OB or lost-ball tee-off, teeing off your Provisional Ball is your
3rd. stroke.
And if you have 2 OB Tee-offs, your 3rd. tee-off is your 5th. stroke.
- When you cannot find your lost ball, continue playing the Provisional Ball.
- If your ball is not playable or is lost in a Red Stake boundary area, drop a ball (at 2 clubs¡¦ length) at the point of lost-ball¡¦s entry into the hazard and continue play. ADD a penalty of ONE (1) extra stroke.
- Ball lost in water hazard (with RED Stakes). Drop a ball behind point of lost¡Vball¡¦s entry into the water hazard and continue play.
ADD a penalty of ONE (1) extra stroke.
- Ball lost in water hazard (with YELLOW Stakes). Drop a ball behind the Yellow Stake water hazard and play the hazard again.
ADD a penalty of ONE (1) extra stroke.
- Refer to the Local Club Rules (printed on the scorecard) on the penalty plays eg. Free relief for Blue Stakes, on Buggy-paths,
in Water-Drains, on Drain-covers, etc.
